Electronic Post Room

Secure Service

Alicom's Electronic Post Room can receive your file for processing via HTTPS or SFTP directly to the automated system with no human intervention. Our servers run SSL to ensure that your transmission to us is encrypted to the highest level.

The file is then processed and the forms overlaid automatically before being sent via email or fax. During the spool processing procedure, your file is stored on our secure server in Alicom's data centre which is protected by state of the art security. Physical access is also monitored and restricted to authorised personnel.

Alicom conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not pass on any information to third parties unless expressly requried to by law enforcement agencies.
