The Alicom land-based Email2Telex service offers round the clock service, competitive worldwide telex rates and unmatched ease of use. If you can send email you can send telex messages using this service.

Used in conjunction with our Telex to Email service you have a total outsourced telex solution with no capital investment, maintenance charges or in-house support headaches.

Transmission from the Desktop

Using existing applications and connections your entire user community is immediately telex enabled. It's as simple as sending an email, send text messages simultaneously to email, fax and telex addresses.

You can specify an alternative number if delivery to the primary number is unsuccessful. The alternative can be a telex or fax number. Our multiple telex lines enable us to handle high volumes of data without delay, 24 hours a day.

Delivery Status Reporting & Proof of Delivery

Tailored to meet your needs, we confirm receipt from the Internet, delivery confirmation, and status update by email, fax or telex. Web based status reporting is also available to clients who have completed the Customer Registration process.

As an option we can include a copy of the message text together with the recipient's answerback and time of delivery.

Itemised Monthly Billing

Comprehensive call details are provided as standard in Excel format to facilitate departmental costing or for re-charging purposes.
