Registration Process
Registration and account set-up is a very simple process and will generally be completed in 2/3 working hours.
We offer monthly credit facilities to corporations, banks and maritime organisations that are known to us.
Monthly credit facilities will also be offered to organisations that can provide satisfactory bank references and two U.K. company references.
We accept pre-payment by bank transfer or credit card in all other situations.
Please read our Terms and Conditions and then either submit on-line or print and forward the appropriate forms listed below to us. In registering you will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.
Billing and Reporting
We have free, detailed itemised billing on a monthly basis as standard but can also run billing more frequently if you require cost breakdown on a more regular basis.
We can also set-up free periodic traffic reports sent to your e-mail address weekly, daily or hourly depending on your requirements.
Our systems operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and our phones are manned 24 hours a day also. We have technicians on standby who can assist if any problems should arise.
